Co-Founder & CTO
Cratejoy, Inc. YC S13
Subscription commerce platform. Owned end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for over a decade — from first commit through scaling to millions of users across thousands of storefronts.
Built core platform systems: auth, merchant onboarding, a full React web designer app, and multi-tenant infrastructure on AWS with Kubernetes.
Designed event-driven data pipelines using Kafka, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB — ETL, deduplication, and reconciliation across 20+ third-party integrations.
Built custom Kubernetes controllers in Go to automate production workload management across on-demand and spot instances via IaC pipelines.
Architected an LLM orchestration pipeline (n8n) that autonomously resolved the vast majority of weekly support tickets — not routing, actually solving.
Led PCI-DSS and GDPR/CCPA compliance end-to-end; contributed to SOC 2 audit prep. No dedicated compliance team.
